Extensive experience in FERC, USCG, DOT and OSHA regulations.

Performed the routine maintenance of pipeline RTU electronic and control equipment on associated compressor stations recommended remedial maintenance as required.
Designing and interpreting equipment narratives, technical drawings, schematics, process data, piping 3D models, Isometric Drawings and computer- generated reports.

Updated companies ICE project standards.

Scheduling and implementing pipeline remediation to meet Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) per 49 CFR 192 throughout clients gas transmission pipeline systems.
Prepared the HAZOP P&ID for  HAZARD and Operability review.
Took an active part in HAZOP proceedings as Principal instrument engineer.
Completed development of electrical design system to ensure compliance in Electrical Code Application ( NEC, IEC, CSA), area classification, Class 1, Div. 1 and 2.
Extensive dredging pipeline experience.
