For commissioning the following grass roots projects GE GT-13 25MW(Mark VII controls), ULSG (Honeywell Experian Controls, Safety Manager operations commissioning ), AWWTPII using TDC 3000 DCS system (CL, point configuration and database, schematic building, HPM operation) and unifier loops.

Designed and installed Advanced Regulatory Control (ARC) or DCS complex loops control Technically support performance of plant monitoring software, including site historian (OSI PI) Oversaw and maintain plant control systems in accordance with vendor recommendations and established plant procedures.

Configured new instrumentation in the Honeywell and AB DCS systems.

Ability to disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, assemble/align main turbines, feed-water pump turbines and associated components. Installed and commissioned the following Gas Chromatographs, UV/IR Continuous Gas Analyzers, Paramagnetic Continuous Gas Analyzers, FTNIR, CEMS, pH & conductivity, TOC, Zirconium Oxide / Catalytic Bead stack analyzers.
